2. Payment Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed (for prepaid orders) or verified for COD.
- After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS containing your invoice and tracking details.
- If payment fails or remains pending, your order may be automatically canceled.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available across Bangladesh (selected courier areas).
- Please keep the exact amount ready when receiving your parcel.
- COD is not available for customized or pre-order items.
- Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restriction from using this service in the future.
4. Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority.
- All online transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- Shilpaholic does not store any customer card or banking details.
- Payments are processed only through trusted and verified gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad).
We continuously monitor for fraud and unauthorized activity to ensure safe and reliable transactions.
5. Refunds & Reversals
- If your order is canceled or returned (as per our Refund Policy), the refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed through bKash or Nagad within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Transaction fees (if any) charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
6. Currency
All prices and transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
If you pay using an international card or account, your bank may apply conversion charges as per its policy.
7. Payment Errors or Delays
If you experience any payment-related issue (e.g., double charge, failure, or delay):
- Contact your payment provider or mobile wallet first.
