1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all over Bangladesh, including:
- Inside Dhaka City
- Outside Dhaka (all major districts and towns)
For international deliveries, please contact our support team before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 4 PM are processed on the next business day.
- During sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll try to notify you in advance.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier workload, or unexpected events (e.g., weather, political strikes, etc.).
4. Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70 for Home Delivery(We prefer you go for Home Delivery). And ৳150 for Sunderban
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130 for Home Delivery and ৳150 for Sunderban
- Free Delivery: On orders over ৳2,000 (promotional offers may apply)
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted local courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery, including:
Steadfast, Pathao Courier, Delivery Tiger, Sunderban, SA Paribahan and other verified logistics partners.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email or manually to follow your parcel’s status.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Bangladesh for most areas.
- Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Refusing confirmed orders without valid reason may limit your eligibility for future COD services.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking ID provided via email or SMS.
If you don’t receive your tracking details within 48 hours after order confirmation, please contact our support team.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you.
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and delivery instructions are accurate.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
