Shilpaholic is Bangladesh’s first-ever brand for customized fashion and ready-made designer collections. By using our website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental supervision.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept those changes.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to lighting or display settings.
 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (where required).
  • We accept secure payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification for COD orders.
  • Shilpaholic reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or payment verification issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 business days and 2–3 business days outside Dhaka.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
  • Shipping fees will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Shilpaholic reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Shilpaholic and protected under Bangladesh Copyright Law.
 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Interfere with the site’s security or functions
  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content

Any misuse may result in termination of access and legal action if necessary.

  • Delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers
  • Typographical or technical errors on the website

Our total liability will never exceed the value of your purchased product.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
